1/4teaspoonsaffron threads, ground and bloomed with 1 tablespoon hot water
Instructions
Place the khakshir seeds in water and let them soak for about 30 minutes. After soaking, carefully drain the water, removing any floating seeds or plant matter.
Dissolve the sugar in hot water, then set it aside.
Choose two decorative glasses and fill each with plenty of ice. Divide the soaked khakshir seeds, sugar water, and saffron water evenly between the two glasses.
Top off each glass with cool water.
Stir well and enjoy your refreshing drink!
Notes
Alternatively, replace the saffron water with 2 teaspoons rosewater.
