Ingredients
  

  • 4 peaches, diced
  • 4 tablespoons red onions, finely diced
  • 1 Fresno pepper, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar, optional
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, more as needed
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 4 tablespoon cilantro, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Start by placing all the ingredients in a bowl and giving them a gentle stir until everything is well combined.
  • Then, spoon the mixture into clean jars and seal them with a lid.
  • Store the jars in the fridge, where they will stay fresh and tasty for up to a week.
